Job description
Responsible for stock administration disciplines, stock losses and shrinkage at save stage every day
Recruit, develop, preserve and lead a geared up and inspired Beauty Team to grant in opposition to the Beauty Budget
Manage earnings matters to do on a day-to day basis with agreed normal overall performance measures
Manage the price gadget in the Store – e.g. furnish enter for budgets, talk pastimes to Beauty Consultants, display basic overall performance in the direction of targets

Minimum requirements
Key competencies

Technical Skills:

Degree / Diploma or relevant qualification
Minimum of two years in crew administration role
Minimum of two years retail trip
Experience in managing a crew for a Beauty Counter / Beauty Department / Beauty Shop would be advantageous
