Job description
· Understand the accounting approach of the cash owed receivables transactions into the patron subledger accounts.

· To reconcile the Now Now, W-Café, Mr D and Uber Eats customers transactions to the repayments received.

· Preparation of month-to-month reconciliations.

· Recover debt from these purchasers internal the agreed price terms.

· Identify unprocessed patron repayments and timeously exercise cash exactly to the consumer accounts.

· Identify and get to the backside of price queries timeously.

· Ensure that all earnings invoices are raised to the patron account weekly, based totally definitely on the portions extracted from the customer’s portal.

· Ensure that the money owed receivable patron and cash owed payable issuer money owed net off to zero via processing weekly CADS.

· Reconciliation of POS profits to aggregator profits monthly.

· Ensure all client month-to-month processing has been carried out and repayments dispensed in the past than weekly and month-to-month payments receivable close.

· Review all information billing pointers for completeness and accuracy.

· Ensure the timeous escalation of queries or gadget screw ups with the relevant agency unit stakeholders.

· Ad hoc Reporting as requested with the resource of management.

· Monitor present day constructions and controls related to money owed receivable to make positive compliance with procedures.

· Establish SLA with key stakeholders / customers.

· Prepare month-to-month operational reports.

Minimum requirements
Technical skills:

Relevant Financial qualification – B Comm or equivalent.
Relevant Financial qualification environment.
Sound perception of IFRS, accounting techniques and internal controls.
Deadline driven.
Excellent verbal and written dialog skills.
Strategic and proactive method to hassle solving.
Proven competence in Excel and Oracle economic systems.
