Duties :
Provide advisory offerings to administration and personnel together with exchange union/s officers associated to Labour Relations services. Implement Labour Relations strategies, insurance policies and procedures. Implement Departmental Labour Relations policies, techniques and circulars associated to grievances, discipline, abscondments and suspensions in line with the Public Services Framework. Coordinate and implement, evaluation and enhance the managing of Disciplinary processes. Coordinate and facilitate the complaint processes. Coordinate and facilitate dispute decision mechanisms throughout Conciliation and Arbitration inclusive of Collective Bargaining.
